Spotted Triforce Arts Life Economy Grant

We know that animations can be expensive and out of reach for some non-profit organizations that have an important message to share with the world. That’s why we decided to help out these causes by providing free or discounted services to them. If you represent a U.S. 501(c)3 charitable non-profit organization, you can apply here for our 2019 grant.

Spotted Triforce Arts is a multimedia company providing, amongst other things, animation services for mostly commercial purposes. By offering this grant, we are essentially donating our services for charitable purposes. Our bandwidth currently allows us to award two organizations with these awards each year, as follows:

Free Services

The winner of the free service will have the opportunity to work with us on one animation project resulting in a single linear (non-interactive) animation for the purposes of awareness creation for their organization or one of its projects completely free of charge*. The animation can be up to 120 seconds in length and consume up to 80 work hours. The animation will conclude with a 5-10 second Spotted Triforce Arts Life Economy Program credit.

Discounted Services

The winner of the discounted service will have the opportunity to work with us on one animation project resulting in one to three individual linear (non-interactive) animation clips (if needed) for the purposes of awareness creation for their organization or one of its projects with a 70% discount off of our regular hourly rate of $100/hour**. The animations can be up to 120 seconds in combined length and consume up to 120 work hours. The animation will conclude with a 5-10 second Spotted Triforce Arts Life Economy Program credit.

Eligibility

In order to qualify for our free or discounted price service, your organization must be a U.S. 501(c)3 charitable non-profit organization.

Applications

Each calendar year, we award two organizations with free or discounted services for one project each. These are selected from a pool of application submissions received during the application period for that year. The application period runs from April 1st of the previous calendar year to March 1st of the applicable calendar year. Applications must be received by the March 1st in order to be considered.

Winners

We allow ourselves two weeks to review all applications and the winners will be announced on this website on March 15th and notified via phone/email.

Time Frame

Animations can be very time consuming to create and turn-around times can vary between two weeks and two months, depending on the complexity of the project. If you need the animation completed before April 15th, you should consider using our regular animation services.

The following form is the official appliation process for the grant. The application period runs from April 1st, 2018 to March 1st, 2019. Applications must be received by March, 2019 1st in order to be considered. Please fill out the form completely.
