Spotted Triforce Arts Life Economy Program
We at Spotted Triforce Arts have pledged to expend part of our efforts to the long-term benefit of the general public. We're not Greenpeace or whistleblowers or participate in demo rally's much, but we are greatful that such groups and individuals are around. What we're good at is creating multimedia content. So if we're going to help make the world a better place, we'll do it with animations. That's why we came up with a new program with the sole purpose to give back.
Donation Matching
The donation matching program is a system in which our clients can participate. By participating, clients voluntarily pay a “Life Economy Fee” equaling 3% of their invoice totals on top of the service fees, and Spotted Triforce Arts matches those 3% and donates the sum to an organization of the client’s choice. The client is provided with a receipt for the donation within 15 days of the payment of the respective invoice. Starting January 1st 2017, the optional “Life Economy Fee” will automatically be added to all invoices of qualifying clients. All they have to do to participate is to pay the invoice including the fee and choose one of the below organizations to send their contributions to:

Spotted Triforce Arts Life Economy Grant
Spotted Triforce Arts is proud to announce that we will henceforth donate some of our time creating animations for a good cause. We know that animations can be expensive and out of reach for some non-profit organizations that have an important message to share with the world. That’s why we decided to help out these causes by providing free or discounted services to them. We do this by awarding to a selection of applicants one of the following, on an annual basis:
Free Services
The winner of the free service will have the opportunity to work with us on one animation project resulting in a single linear (non-interactive) animation for the purposes of awareness creation for their organization or one of its projects completely free of charge*. The animation can be up to 120 seconds in length and consume up to 80 work hours. The animation will conclude with a 5-10 second clip promoting the Spotted Triforce Arts Life Economy Program.Discounted Services
The winner of the discounted service will have the opportunity to work with us on one animation project resulting in one to three individual linear (non-interactive) animation clips (if needed) for the purposes of awareness creation for their organization or one of its projects with a 70% discount off of our regular hourly rate of $100/hour**. The animations can be up to 120 seconds in combined length and consume up to 120 work hours. The animation will conclude with a 5-10 second clip promoting the Spotted Triforce Arts Life Economy Program.
Eligibility
In order to qualify for our free or discounted price service, your organization must have a non-profit status and work towards goals that benefit either the environment, the global economy, or the society as a whole.
Applications
Each calendar year, we award two organizations with free or discounted services for one project each. These are selected from a pool of application submissions received during the application period for that year. The application period runs from December 1st of the previous calendar year to March 1st of the applicable calendar year. Applications must be received by the March 1st in order to be considered.
Winners of the 2018 Grant
Winner of the Free Services Grant: Nine Lives Foundation
Nine Lives Foundation is a community based non-profit organization in San Mateo that rescues cats and kittens from high-kill shelters and at-risk homeless situations, providing them with a no-kill shelter and on-site medical care, seeking permanent loving homes for them. Spotted Triforce Arts will be working with NLF to spread awareness for their cause. Congratulations!
Winner of the Discounted Services Grant: No one!
How could this be? When there are no applicants who qualify for this grant and will accept the Discounted Services Grant, this award may remain... well... un-awarded.
